Importing your data into Simply Stakeholders is fast and easy!

As long as you have your data organised into different columns in a spreadsheet, it doesn't matter what your column is called. Our data import works by allowing you to map and align your own data to match the fields in Simply Stakeholders. This means you don't need to worry about renaming your data.

For example, if your file has a column titled "Business" where you list all of your stakeholder's company or firm's name, then you already know you want this field to be mapped to Organisation.

The fields that can be imported into Simply Stakeholders are:

Stakeholder import:

  • Full Name

  • First Name

  • Last Name (First & Last name fields not applicable if you use Full Name)

  • Customer ID (This would be a unique ID that you use for the stakeholder)

  • Title

  • Email

  • Mobile Number

  • Website URL

  • Organisation

  • Position

  • Contact Group

  • Address Line 1

  • Address Line 2

  • City

  • Post Code

  • State

  • Country

  • About

  • Interest

  • Influence

  • Impact

  • Custom Fields (as many as you have set up in your account)

Interaction import:

  • Subject

  • Method

  • Direction

  • Communication Date

  • Communication Time

  • Document No

  • Message

  • About

  • Reference Number
