Refreshing your page and /or Clearing your cache and browser history

We recommend you clear your cache and browser history every so often to get the best user experience from new releases and updates.

To get the best user experience after updates, we recommend you 'Refresh your page' so you are getting the latest version. There are a few ways to do this. The first is to use the 'Refresh application' option, located under your initials in the top right hand corner of the Simply Stakeholders page.

Another option is to clear your cache and browser history.

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right navigate to the following menu or use the keyboard short cut "Ctrl + Shift + Del"

  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  4. Check the cached images and file box.

  5. Click Clear data

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge

  2. In the top right, click on the 3 dots and navigate to "Delete browsing data" or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Delete

  3. Select the "Cached images and files" checkbox and press Clear now
