What to do when you think you have found a problem or gap in Simply Stakeholders.

Troubleshooting and identifying bugs

If you are having issues while using Simply Stakeholders, please check our status page for details of any current maintenance, outage and/or operational status. If you would like further information please contact support us by email or via our in-app support.

If you are not able to resolve you project via the chat, or you know this is a bug or something wrong with the platform, please follow these steps one at a time:

  1. Please refresh your page (click F5 or the refresh button in your browser bar). If you are still experiencing the issue progress to the next step.

  2. Open Simply Stakeholders in an incognito browser (this will disable browser extensions) and explore if the issue persists. If you are still experiencing the issue progress to the next step.

  3. Refresh your application - instructions here.

  4. If the issue persists please take a screen recording or screen shot showing the error and send those details to us via the in-app chat, at [email protected], or you can send in a Bug Report via this form.

  5. The more detail we have the better we can assist. Details to include are:

    1. Where in the platform were you - e.g. Stakeholders list; interaction record; task board; etc.

    2. What were you doing when the issue occurred?

    3. What records were you accessing, were you using any filters?

    4. Are any of your team also experiencing this issue?

    5. If you can, please also include any HAR logs or console logs.

Suggestions and Feature Requests for future development

If your query refers to something that is missing from Simply Stakeholders that you believe would be helpful or important to your work, we want to know!

We value your input as a user of Simply Stakeholders and are always working to improve our platform. You can discuss your suggestion or idea with your Customer Success Account Executive to find out if this is already on our Roadmap. We can also discuss submitting a feature request for our development team to consider for future development or adding to our Roadmap.
