Two-factor authentication (2FA) or multifactor authentication (MFA) will need to be activated for your account, please get in touch with your Customer Success Executive to arrange this if needed.
To add Two-Factor Authentication:
Navigate to Access & Security in your settings menu and go to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

Verify your Authenticator app. You will be prompted to enter a verification code, and will then be taken to a second screen confirming your authenticator has been set and giving you recovery codes to store in a safe space - make sure you save your recovery codes in a secure location:

When you next log in (using your email and password), you will be prompted to enter your authentication code. If you cannot access your authenticator app or there is an error, you can use your recovery code (single use):
To disable or update your two-factor authentication settings, navigate to Access & Security in your settings menu and go to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Note that these settings are unique to yourself as a User / your account only. You can then chose from a range of menu options:
Two-Factor Authentication - settings for your account:
Disable 2FA - can only be done for the individual user by the user themselves - it is not an admin function.
Reset recovery codes - you can only reset your own codes. You will need to do this if you have used the codes as they are single use. If you lose them then you will need to follow step 8 below.
Authenticator app - settings related to the app used for 2FA:
Setup authenticator app
Reset authenticator app
To ensure you do not lose access to your Account, before updating or changing your phone or device that has the authenticator app on it, make sure you follow the app's instructions for backing up your authenticator access or transferring your authenticator to a new device.
If you lose access / reset / or replace your phone or device that has your Authenticator app on it, please use your recovery codes to reset your app - the link will be below the login button (see point 5 above). You go to that page and enter one of your recovery codes; if it is valid, it gets applied and you are logged in. You cannot use the same code multiple times.
If you do not have those saved, you will need to reach out to your authenticator app support and follow their instructions for resetting or updating your app access. For example here is the information for restoring credentials for the Microsoft Authenticator.
