Two-factor authentication (2FA) or multifactor authentication (MFA) will need to be activated for your account, please get in touch with your Customer Success Executive to arrange this if needed.

To add Two-Factor Authentication:

  1. Navigate to Access & Security in your settings menu and go to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  2. Click on the Add authenticator app button:

  3. Configure your settings via the authenticator app of your choice:

  4. Verify your Authenticator app. You will be prompted to enter a verification code, and will then be taken to a second screen confirming your authenticator has been set and giving you recovery codes to store in a safe space:

  5. When you next log in (using your email and password), you will be prompted to enter your authentication code. If you cannot access your authenticator app or there is an error, you can use your recovery code:

  6. To disable, reset, change or update your two-factor authentication settings, navigate to Access & Security in your settings menu and go to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You can then chose from a range of menu options:

    1. Two-Factor Authentication - settings for your account:

      1. Disable 2FA

      2. Reset recovery codes

    2. Authenticator app - settings related to the app used for 2FA:

      1. Setup authenticator app

      2. Reset authenticator app
