The Simply Stakeholders Mobile App is designed to be a lite application, meaning that it aims to provide core functionality for on-the-go convenience.
Simply Stakeholders mobile app allows you to access and manage your stakeholders on the move. We make it easy for you to create stakeholders and interactions with seamless connectivity to the web application.
Our “Offline Mode” feature will also allow you to access the app and most of its features without a connection to the internet.
Downloading and installing the App
The App is currently in Beta-mode and has only been released to nominated customers for initial testing.
We are completing our Beta-testing and updating the app in line with feedback we have received. Watch this space and reach out to your Customer Success Account Executive to be notified when the App is released publicly!
Overview of key functions
Users will be able to log in using existing email and password credentials. Users will be able to re-open the minimised app using fingerprint scanner pin (android only) and face ID (android only).
Users will be able to access the Stakeholders and the Interactions modules for core functions:
Access all Stakeholders and Interactions of your last accessed Project
Call, Text, or Email Stakeholders from the app
Edit key fields
Scroll initial 50 records (Stakeholder records and Interaction records, excluding Forms)
Search for records
Assign records to be available in off-line mode
Add new Stakeholders - limited to Name, Organisation, Contact Details and Notes
Edit Stakeholders - limited to name, address and notes
Add new Interactions - limited to Subject, Communication Date, Interaction Type, Interaction Method and Message
Scan or upload an image of a calling card to streamline Stakeholder creation
Link Stakeholders and Interactions (Online Mode only)
Set specific Stakeholders and Interactions to offline mode access

This version does not support sign-in via single sign on (SSO) Microsoft or Okta
This version does not support sign-in via two-factor authentication (2FA)
This version does not support Password Reset
This version does not support changing project in-app
This version does not support Forms Interactions.
Navigating the App
When you first open the App, you will navigate to a log in screen. You can log in with your User email and password only.
Once you have logged in the first time, you can save your login details via your device authenticator or password management system. For Android users you can also use your biometric passkey (fingerprint or Face ID) to reopen the app once minimised.
The App will log into the Project you were last logged into on the Web application. To change the Project you are logged into, you will need to log out of the Mobile App, log into the Web application and change projects. When you next log into the Mobile App you will be in the Project last accessed from your Web application.
Tap the Module you wish to work in, such as Stakeholders, and then search, view and edit your records.

Stakeholder Details
The functions available within Stakeholder records on the Mobile App are:
Display Stakeholder’s core details: Name, Organisation, Position, Mobile, Email & Address
Action Buttons to Call, Text or Email Stakeholder via mobile device's default applications
View Notes
Edit record - name, address and notes
Show last 10 Interaction records in Activity History/Timeline
Add or Link Interactions
50 records (in the same order as the web application) will be loaded initially from the Project with the ability to search for stakeholders in the top search bar "Search by name".
Click on the Kebab Menu to:
Make Available Offline (the record will be available if your device is offline); or
Edit the record
You can click on the green + (plus) button to add a Stakeholder.

Required fields will have in-field validations
Unsaved warning validation (pop-up warning) when using the “x” button/phone back button/swipe right (android).
Note:
If the added stakeholder has the same First Name, Last Name, and Email, the auto-merge logic (deduplication) will be triggered.
Edit -Stakeholder Details
You have the ability to edit the core details on a Stakeholder record:
Able to edit Name, Last Name, Address & Notes
Note that Organisation, Position, Email, and Mobile number will not be editable

The right swipe on iOS has been disabled. If you are using an iOS Mobile App, you will have to use “x”.
Interactions
Scroll over 50 initial records (same order as in the web application) from the Project. You will be able to search for Interactions in the top search bar "Search".
If you click on the Kebab Menu you can select the record to:
Make Available Offline (made record available if your device is offline); or
Edit the record
You can click on the green plus + button to add an Interaction. This will create a General Interaction with a default communication method of Phone Call.
Notes:
The edit function will not be available if the Interaction is set to Confidential and the User does not have access
Forms Interactions are not available in the Mobile App
Interaction Details
You can use the Mobile App to manually create new Interactions and to edit existing Interactions in the following fields:
Subject
Interaction Type (only relevant if you have the Complaints module on your account)
Communication Method
Communication Date
Message
*NOTE: if you want to link a new interaction to a Stakeholder, make sure to add the Interaction from the Stakeholder Record timeline in the app.
Interactions have in-field validation, meaning you cannot save an Interaction without adding the mandatory fields; Subject, Communication Date, and Message.
The Mobile App also has an unsaved Interaction warning validation using the “x” button/phone back button/swipe right (android).
Offline Mode
Users will be able to set Stakeholders and Interactions to offline mode. This will allow them access to records even without an internet connection.
Users will also be allowed to create and edit Stakeholders and Interactions while offline. These will be synced once the user is back online.
Offline records or data will expire after 24 hours or if you clear your cache or app data.
Notes:
Search is disabled when using offline mode.
Offline mode will be removed if the User clears the data or cache of the App
Offline mode only words on the project where it was set.
Offline mode is limited to each mobile device.
Forms
Forms are accessible exclusively through the Web application. You will see an information message advising you if you try to access a Forms record.
Confidential Records
The edit function will not be available if the Stakeholder or Interaction Record is set to Confidential and the User does not have access.

General Notes
Users will be able to take screenshots and recordings of the application. This excludes re-logging in using fingerprints and face IDs.
The App does not show the Shared Icon. next to shared records
Interaction list will display interactions by default, not annotations.
The app currently only supports Light Theme. It is expected to encounter user interface (UI) issues if User's device is on Dark Theme.
