Darzin Software has strict data privacy policies in place, including in how we use and apply artificial intelligence (AI) to our Simply Stakeholders platform.

We employ the Azure AI-Language-Service to carry out AI-related services in Simply Stakeholders. The data is sent via our API to a private endpoint in our self-managed Azure account.

With regards to data privacy; your data will be encrypted, kept in the relevant region to your account server, and will be purged within 48 hrs. Microsoft Azure has advised the data sent to the service will never be used by them for training or other purposes.

For regional data storage, our AI services are dedicated to specific regions to ensure that data remains securely stored within the same region. This approach complies with SOC2 requirements. For example, data from Australian clients is always kept in Australia, while data from US clients remains in the United States.

*Named-entity recognition (NER) is a subtask of AI information extraction that locates and classifies named entities in a block of text. For example, searching your Interaction content to extract individual Stakeholders and Organisations.
