How to Use the Simply Stakeholders Outlook Add-in on Mobile


Step 1: Access the Add-in

  • The Simply Stakeholders Outlook add-in is available on your mobile for easy access on the go.

  • It is designed to be simpler than ever.


Step 2: Find the Email or Meeting

  • Locate the email or meeting that you want to save.

  • Click on the three dots (more options) associated with the email or meeting.


Step 3: Select Simply Stakeholders

  • Scroll down in the options and select 'Simply Stakeholders'.


Step 4: Log In

  • Log into the app using your credentials.

  • Authorize the connection to proceed.


Step 5: Choose Save Option

  • Decide whether to set up auto-save for this stakeholder or to save this one instance only.


Step 6: Enter Stakeholder Details

  • Add in or confirm your stakeholder's details.

  • Ensure to fill in as many details as possible if it's a new stakeholder.


Step 7: Save the Stakeholder

  • Click 'Save' to complete the process.
