How to use the Simply Stakeholders Outlook Add-in on mobile


Install the Add-in

If you've added the Simply Stakeholders Outlook Add-in to your email client on your desktop, it will be available on your mobile version.

Otherwise, you can easily install it:

  1. Tap the three dots (...) associated with an email or meeting.

  2. Tap More Add-ins.

  3. Select Simply Stakeholders.


Access Simply Stakeholders from the item you want to save

  1. Locate the email or meeting.

  2. Tap the three dots (...) associated with the email or meeting.

  3. Scroll down the options and tap Simply Stakeholders.


Use it on your mobile the same way you use the desktop version

  1. Log into the app using your credentials and authorise the connection to proceed.

  2. Decide whether to set up auto-save for this stakeholder or to save this one instance only.

  3. Add or confirm the stakeholder details. Fill in as many details as possible if it's a new stakeholder.

  4. Save and confirm to complete the process.

Note:

  • Ensure you have a stale internet connection while logging in and saving details.

  • Use the auto-save feature (if available) for frequently contacted stakeholders to save time.
