Notifications for Tasks are triggered ever 15 minutes and will send when the following occur

Auto Notifications for Tasks will be sent when;

The Task is created and assigned to a User

The complaint is assigned to a new User

Manual Notifications for complaints will need to be sent;

If you would like to notify people of any changes or updates to the Task, use the envelope in the top right hand corner of the Task record. See screenshot below.
