Understanding the Notifications in Simply Stakeholders

Simply Stakeholders has a new Notifications feature which will notify you of task notifications for newly assigned or due tasks.

When you get new notifications a bell icon will be displayed on the left side of the help icon.

This new feature will notify users of the following:

  • When a new Task is assigned to the User

  • An assigned Task is due in 24 hours.

By default, "Unready Only" and "All Projects" toggles are on. The Notification Centre window will display the details of the task:

  • Priority

  • Status

  • Due Date; &

  • Project.

The Project detail will be hidden if the "All Projects" toggle is disabled.

Users can click on the notification to be redirected to the task.

If the task is on a different project, please note that you will be redirected to that project.

Users will be able to delete notifications, clear the notifications from the window, and filter unread notifications by Read / Unread, and All Projects / current Project.
