Being able to analyse stakeholder engagement gives us important data which can be used for reporting and strategic planning.

Create a Communication Method

  1. Go to Admin Settings

  2. Click on Communication Methods

  3. Click on the + icon

  4. Input the New Method Name and select the Type.

    • Note; there are four types of communication methods: Call, Mail, Meetings and SMS.

  5. Click on Save

Edit a Communication Method

  1. Go to Admin Settings

  2. Click on Communication Methods

  3. Click on the pencil icon

  4. Update the Method Name

  5. Click on Save

Delete a Communication Method

  1. Go to Admin Settings

  2. Click on Communication Methods

  3. Click on the trash icon, next to the method to delete

    • Note; A communication method will not be able to be deleted if it is connected to a record. The interaction records will first need to be updated, and when the trash icon appears, the method can be deleted.
