In Simply Stakeholders, the date format e.g. AU (DD/MM/YYYY) is taken from the browser locale.
Some parts of the world use different formats to record dates, and this can be changed at any time by changing the browser language.
The date format can usually be changed on the Setting page of the browser.
For Chrome users:
Go to Settings
Click Advanced on the left-hand side.
Click Languages
Make sure the browser language is set correctly and positioned at the top of the list.
For example, if the date format should be US (MM/DD/YYYY) then ensure that English (US) is set as the browser language and moved to the top.
The date has now been formatted.
