A Stakeholder Record can be for an Individual person or for an Organisation. We use Stakeholder records to track, record and manage stakeholders of interest to our project.

Exploring the Stakeholder record
Centre Panel
In the centre panel of your Stakeholder record, you can view and manage the timeline of Interactions or Tasks; or toggle to the Relationships tab to manage, edit and link relationships to Organisational or Individual Stakeholders.
Timeline
The timeline shows a history of the engagement activities and tasks related to the stakeholder. To Manage (Add) additional interactions or tasks;
Click on the Add Interaction or Add Task button

Find the relevant interaction or task, or create a new one by clicking "+ Create new..."

The Interaction or Task will be added automatically, and the pop-up box can be closed.
Tagging
Tags can vary from keywords to phrases or topics that relate to your project. The purpose of tagging is to identify the emerging themes, topics, or issues within your engagement with stakeholders.
How to assign a Tag or edit Tags
Navigate to the Tags section in the left side panel
Click on Edit

Select the relevant Tag/s or click on + Add new tags to create a new one

The Tag has now been assigned to the record
Relationships
Simply Stakeholders allows you to link Stakeholders with other Stakeholders and record the relationship they have with each other.
The ways in which we can link stakeholders are;
Individual to Individual - Used to display relationships such as Family, Neighbour, Husband, Colleague etc
Organisation to Organisation - Used to display the relationships between Organisations such as Parent Company, Corporate Partnership etc
Individual to Organisation - Used to display/link the employees and their position within the Organisation
Organisation to Division - Used to display different divisions/departments within an Organisation
Stakeholder to Property - Used to display the stakeholders relationship with the Property
How to link a Relationship or Property
Navigate to the Relationship tab in the Centre Panel
Select the relevant view: Stakeholder List > Properties* > Map View * > Network View
Click on the + button in the Network view to edit and link Stakeholders:

Click on the Add Stakeholder button in the List view to edit and link Stakeholders:

Search or Create the Stakeholder record to link
Once the record has been linked, edit or record the position in the Position Field (organisation) and select the Division from the drop-down menu; or select the relationship from the drop-down menu (Individual):

Navigate to the Properties* view to link (or unlink) a Property record to the Stakeholder:

Navigate to the Map* view to see linked Stakeholder Property/ies on a map interface:

*Properties and Geo Mapping/Map View are a premium module (paid add-on).
Left side Panel
In the left side panel of your stakeholder record, you can:
edit contact details
add notes and files
track stakeholder mapping
add a relationship manager
add contact groups
share the stakeholder across projects
Contact Details
The details that can be added to this section:
Title
First Name, Last Name
Customer ID
Address details
Email
Phone number
Social Media / website URL
Custom Fields if applied
Multiple contact details can be added, by clicking on the '+ Add more' button and selecting the field type:

Changing Stakeholder type
A stakeholder can be changed from an individual to an organization (and vice versa) using the icons in the top righthand corner of the record:
