The use of these AI or "Smart" features require the use of an AI token, the more you use each of these feature the more AI Tokens are required. Darzin Software is currently absorbing the costs of these AI Tokens on a on a 'fair use' expectation, for both the included and the premium features.

We are currently reviewing the use of our AI functionality with a view to understanding the costs and ensuring a fair pricing structure. Once we have completed this review we will communicate a pricing structure that is likely to include usage brackets, or caps on use, and give you the option to continue with the new features if you choose.

To assist you in understanding your own current Account usage, we have introduced an AI Feature / Token Usage Tracker. You can find the AI Usage Tracker in the Admin Settings Menu > Tracking & Data Organisation > AI Usage:

You can review your Account's usage by User or by Project; view by the current or past month, three, six or 12 months; and display this use in a range of graph formats.
