Enabling AI Generated Sentiment Score

Administrators of the account have the ability to enable or disable the 'Auto-Generated AI Sentiment Score'. This can be done in account configuration settings as outlined in the video below:

Once this has been enabled, sentiment will be automatically updated and displayed on the odometer when adding new interactions. Hover the mouse over the odometer to view all sentiment ratings:
