Enabling AI Generated Sentiment Score

Administrators of your Simply Stakeholders account can enable or disable the 'Auto-Generated AI Sentiment Score'. This can be done in account configuration settings as outlined in the video below:

Once Auto-Generated AI Sentiment Score has been enabled, sentiment will be automatically applied to incoming Interactions and displayed on the Sentiment Score odometer. Hover the mouse over the Sentiment Score odometer to view all sentiment ratings, including the AI Score:

Steps to Enable AI Generate Sentiment Score

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > Account Configuration > Auto Generate AI Sentiment Score
    ​Note: This feature toggle is only available to administrators

  2. You will see an option to toggle on 'Enable Auto Generate of AI Sentiment Score'.

  3. Activating this option means that all Interactions that are designated as 'incoming' [direction = received/incoming/inbound] will automatically have an AI Sentiment Score applied.
