Simply Stakeholders uses AI to automatically calculate the Relationship Health Score of your stakeholders, which is influenced by the Annotation Sentiment Scores of the Stakeholder's linked Interactions, and engagement frequency metrics. A user can also enter their rating as a way to compare their subjective view against the auto-generated value.

To enter the User-Defined Health Score for a Stakeholder:

  1. On the Stakeholder's page, click on the green edit button beside Relationship Health Score

  2. Input a score between 1 and 100 into the pop up, and click apply

3. The Relationship Health Score will now appear with both the User-Defined and Auto-Generated metrics as below:

4. The Auto Generated health score is generated by:

  • the number of Interactions for the past month

  • the expected number of Interactions (currently set at 5 interaction per month)

  • the average Annotation Score of all of the Stakeholder's Interactions

5. For Relationship Health Score reporting and Widgets, stakeholders will be grouped under categories from negative to positive, depending on where their Relationship Health Score falls against the predefined score range for each sentiment level:

โ€‹Negative (0 - 20)

Somewhat Negative (21 - 40)

Neutral (41 - 60)

Somewhat Positive (61 - 80)

Positive (81 - 100)
