What are they and how do I use them

Using annotation tags provides you detailed insights by breaking down the data into smaller components, and capturing key statements or quotes your stakeholders make. This is really valuable when it comes to making informed decisions, and driving strategic outcomes.

Using Annotation Tags you are able to:
1. Influence a stakeholder's Relationship Health Score to better understand a Stakeholders sentiment towards your project
2. Report on the annotation sentiment score of the Interaction

How To Tag Annotations

  1. Highlight the text (generally a quote or statement) you want to annotate and click the little green "+" sign

  2. Existing tags and stakeholders will display as a drop-down list. Scroll through the list and select the relevant tags and stakeholders or Create New ones.

  3. Assign Sentiment from the drop-down menu

4. Select Save

5. You have now tagged your annotation! You can make detailed edits by clicking the relevant annotation on the right, remove tags quickly by press the X or delete the annotation entirely with the garbage can icon.

Viewing and exporting your annotations

  1. Go into the Interactions Module and then select the "Annotations" Radio button.

  2. Apply Any additional filters you wish to apply such as Stakeholders, Tags, Contact Groups etc.

  3. Press Apply to view the annotations made and the recorded stakeholder

  4. Clicking the export button will export this into an excel file with annotations listed in one of the three tabs of the exported file.
