Using annotation tags provides you detailed insights by breaking down the data into smaller components, and capturing key statements or quotes your stakeholders make. This is really valuable when it comes to making informed decisions, and driving strategic outcomes.

To Tag Annotations:

  1. Highlight the text you want to annotate and right click

  2. Existing tags will display as a drop-down list

  3. Scroll through the list and select the tags you want to use, or select Create New Tag

  4. Click out of the pop-up box to save

All selected tags will now display in the Tags card at the bottom of the screen.

To Add Sentiment to the quoted text:

  1. Hover over the bubble and click on the green + icon

  2. In the pop-up box, assign your stakeholder and sentiment

  3. Click outside of the pop-up box to Save

You have now successfully annotated the interaction
