Tagging Annotations will help you to dive deep into your interactions. You can pull key statements or quotes from your text to add Tags, as well as link Stakeholders and their Sentiments.

To Generate Tags Automatically:

1. In the Annotations card, click on Generate Tags to automatically highlight key topics for the interaction

2. Select the relevant Tags and click Approve

To Tag Annotations Manually:

  1. Highlight the text you want to annotate and right click

  2. Existing tags will display as a drop-down list

  3. Scroll through the list and select the tags you want to use, or select Create New Tag

  4. Click out of the pop-up box to save

All selected tags will now display in the Tags card at the bottom of the screen.

Follow the instructions here to add stakeholder sentiment to these tags.
