Adding Tags and Contact Groups in Forms

Form responses are automatically added as interactions and linked to the Stakeholder. Learn how to tag and link contact groups to your form questions to get more data out of your responses.

Adding Tags

To add tags:

  1. Click on the Tags(0) button in the bottom of your question type
    โ€‹

  2. Select your tag/s from the list:
    โ€‹

  3. To add a new tag, select + Add new tags to add a tag under a parent tag
    โ€‹

  4. Repeat on any question that you want to generate a tag.

Adding a Contact Group

The Contact Groups can be added from the Settings tab once you have created the form.

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab from the Open form

  2. Scroll down to the Contact Groups card at the bottom

  3. Select the relevant Contact Groups
    โ€‹

  4. It will automatically save

  5. Respondents to the form will be automatically added to the contact group.

Sharing Across Projects

In the settings tab of your form, you can share or delete the form across your other projects. The form and responses will appear in all projects selected, however the stakeholders will not be automatically added to the other projects.
