  1. Once you've finished creating your form, navigate to the settings tab and change the status to active.

*Note that you won't be able to edit the form unless you re-enter draft mode

2. Also under the settings tab, select a start time for the form to open. An end time can also be selected here if you choose, otherwise your form will remain active until the status is changed to ‘Closed’.

3. Now that the form is active, select the arrow in the top right corner to view the send options

From here, there a few different ways to send the form out:

  • Send to 1 or multiple stakeholders by email address or by Contact Group

  • Copy/send a link

  • Publish it to your website using iframe (embedded code)

NOTE: it is only possible to embed Forms on secure webpages with https:// URLs. pages with other URL schemes like http:// (insecure HTTP) or file:// (local HTML files) will be blocked from embedding Forms.

This means that you can embed a Form on https://example.org/contact-us, but not on http://example.org/contact-us or file:///C:/Users/MyUser/Downloads/contact-us.html.

4. Once responses are received you can view them under the ‘Responses’ tabs

5. Responses are automatically added as interactions and are linked to the Stakeholder. If your question was tagged or linked to contact groups, this will auto-populate too!
