Building and Customizing Forms

Use the Designer tab (form builder) to add, edit, and customize questions. Customisations are able to be made from the right-side drawer, including

  • General settings - including name, title, header details

  • Rating Values / Columns / Rows / Choice Options (if applicable) - question choice details such as changing the answer labels, type of answer field

  • Layout - height, width, responsiveness

  • Conditions - this is where you can set different types of skip logic, question visibility and more

  • Data - the ability to set correct answers or default answers, to change HTML display values

  • Validation - allows you to set a cookie / rules to disallow multiple responses from the same web-browser

Using the Preview tab, you are also able to preview your Form on different devices and test out the answer conditions (logic) while the form is in draft.

Using the Settings tab, you are able to toggle the Form status from Draft to Active to Closed, share to other projects, assign respondents to a Contact Group, set Start and Finish times, and assign an Interaction Manager.
