Understanding Form Question Types in Simply Stakeholders
The Forms Module allows you to build simple and quite complex Forms, giving you the ability to create everything from a simple Registration Form, to a more complex Stakeholder Engagement Survey. Understanding which question for what purpose ensures you are building the best form to engage your stakeholders, and in turn getting the best quality data back.

Form Question Types
There are an extensive range of Form Question types, suitable for different kinds of questions or for seeking response data in a specific format.
Quantitative Questions
Radio buttons - forced single choice
Rating scale - forced choice Likert type question
Checkboxes - multiple selections
Dropdown lists - forced single choice
Multi-select dropdown lists - multiple selections
Yes/No questions - forced single choice

Building and Customizing Forms
Use the Designer tab (form builder) to add, edit, and customize questions. Customisations are able to be made from the right-side drawer, including
General settings - including name, title, header details
Rating Values / Columns / Rows / Choice Options (if applicable) - question choice details such as changing the answer labels, type of answer field
Layout - height, width, responsiveness
Conditions - this is where you can set different types of skip logic, question visibility and more
Data - the ability to set correct answers or default answers, to change HTML display values
Validation - allows you to set a cookie / rules to disallow multiple responses from the same web-browser
Using the Preview tab, you are also able to preview your Form on different devices and test out the answer conditions (logic) while the form is in draft.
Using the Settings tab, you are able to toggle the Form status from Draft to Active to Closed, share to other projects, assign respondents to a Contact Group, set Start and Finish times, and assign an Interaction Manager.
Reporting and Data Analysis
You can access the in-app reporting via the Responses tabs.
You can view response data individually or aggregated
Analyse quantitative data using graphs and charts provided by the system.
Conduct qualitative analysis by reviewing open-ended responses and utilizing tagging and sentiment analysis features.
Utilises AI scoring for sentiment analysis
You can use the Response Tabs to monitor responses as they come in.
