Once you've finished creating your form, navigate to the settings tab and change the status to active.
*Note that you won't be able to edit the form unless you re-enter draft mode
2. Also under the settings tab, select a start time for the form to open. An end time can also be selected here if you choose, otherwise your form will remain active until the status is changed to ‘Closed’.
3. Once the the form is active, navigate to the top right of the screen and select the paper airplane icon to view the send options
The Send options will open in a pop-up window, showing three tabs for the different ways to send the form out:
Email / envelope icon tab: Send a link to the Published Form to one or multiple stakeholders by email address or by Contact Group
Link icon tab: Copy a link to the published form
Triangle brackets icon <> tab: Generate an iFrame code to publish the Form to your website (embedded code)
NOTE: it is only possible to embed Forms on secure webpages with https:// URLs. pages with other URL schemes like http:// (insecure HTTP) or file:// (local HTML files) will be blocked from embedding Forms.
This means that you can embed a Form on https://example.org/contact-us, but not on http://example.org/contact-us or file:///C:/Users/MyUser/Downloads/contact-us.html.
4. Once responses are received you can view them under the ‘Responses’ tabs
5. Responses are automatically added as interactions and are linked to the Stakeholder. If your question was tagged or linked to contact groups, this will auto-populate too!
