Simply Stakeholder has a feature where records that include multiple links to properties and/or stakeholders are easily linked to interactions by selecting the "Link related Stakeholders and Properties" checkbox in the pop-up dialogue.

Linking Multiple Stakeholders and Properties to an Interaction Record

Below we step through how to effectively link multiple stakeholders and their properties to an interaction record, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.

Key Steps

  1. Access the Interaction Record

    • Navigate to the existing interaction record or create a new one.

  2. Locate the Stakeholders Card on the Interactions record

    • Scroll down to find the "Stakeholders" tab within the interaction record.

  3. Manage Stakeholders

    • Click on the "Manage" button within the Stakeholders tab.

  4. Enable Linking Option

    • Ensure you select the checkbox "Link related Stakeholders and Properties".

Image shows the Manage Stakeholders pop-up with the "Link related Stakeholders and Properties" checkbox selected.

  5. Select Stakeholders

    • Browse through the list of stakeholders that appear. If the stakeholders you want to link are not immediately visible, use the search function to find them by name.

  6. Link Stakeholders and Properties

    • Once you have selected the desired stakeholders, click outside the message box to finalize the linking process. This action will automatically link the selected stakeholders and their associated properties to the interaction record.

  7. Verify Linked Information

    • Scroll down to the properties card to confirm that the additional stakeholders and their properties are correctly linked to the interaction record.

Notes

  • Always double-check that the "Link related stakeholders and properties" option is enabled before proceeding to select stakeholders.

  • Ensure that you are linking the correct stakeholders to avoid any data inaccuracies.

  • If you encounter any issues or uncertainties, do not hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Account Executive or email [email protected] for assistance.

By following these steps, you will be able to efficiently link stakeholders and any associated properties to interaction records, leading to improved accuracy and productivity in managing your data.
