Adding Properties to your Simply Stakeholders database

Properties are a core part of Stakeholder engagement and management. Whether it's a lease agreement, a construction project, or just a relevant location, having readily accessible records for your properties is a highly valuable tool. Here, we will review the Properties function in Simply Stakeholders, and demonstrate how it can further add to your Stakeholder engagement.

Please note, Properties is an Add-on function for Simply Stakeholders. For a quote, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

  1. To create a Property, select Create -> Property

  2. Fill in your Property details by entering either the street address or Latitude/ Longitude. Here you can also add a specific Stakeholder to the property, and identify their relationship to the property i.e. the Owner, Property Manager, Tenant etc

  3. Once filled out, click Save & Continue to finalize and open the saved Property. Here you can add further details in the Summary or Details tab, such as tags, linked stakeholders, etc.

  4. Your property can now be viewed in list form in the properties tab, or viewed geographically by clicking the map icon in the top right corner:
