Recording who took part in your communications and engagement activity ensures accountability, provides a clear record of who was informed or involved in decisions, and supports effective relationship and engagement tracking. It also helps with continuity, follow-up, and compliance in reporting or audits.

Below we step through how to effectively link multiple stakeholders and their properties to an interaction record, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.

  1. Find and open the interaction record

  2. Go to the Relationships tab at the top of screen, and then to the List View (person icon)

  3. Click on Add to create a new Stakeholder/Organization or Link to associate an existing one in the top right-hand corner.

You can also link multiple stakeholders based on applied filters, such as a contact group or tag to an interaction providing the interaction has already been created. To do this follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Stakeholder Module on the side bar and open up the filters pane.

  2. Open up the filters pane and apply your desired or saved filters.

  3. Select the relevant Stakeholders via the checkbox.

  4. Select Bulk Edit in the top right

  5. In the Field to Edit, Select Timeline and then Interactions.

  6. Select your interactions and then click in the box to exit the drop-down menu.

  7. Click the Add and Confirm buttons to complete Linking
