How to add a stakeholder
Click the green plus button
in the top left corner.
Select Stakeholder from the dropdown menu.
Add the required field details.
Click Save & Close to return to the stakeholder list.
OR
Click Save & Continue to open the stakeholder record and enter additional details if required.
Note:
You can also use Smart Records to create a new stakeholder.
How to add or edit stakeholder details
Click the Stakeholder icon
on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click the stakeholder name.
Click Edit in the section in the left panel to add or amend details.

Stakeholder Mapping: Add scores for the 6 attributes we use to analyse stakeholders, develop stakeholder management plans, and engage with stakeholders more effectively. These attributes are: Influence, Interest, Impact, Criticality, Position, and Effort.

Relationship Health Score: Shows an automatically generated score that defines stakeholder sentiment, values, and engagement frequency according to recorded data. You can also add a score manually.

Contact: Add or amend contact details for the stakeholder.
Notes: Add individual notes here.
Relationship Managers: Use the search function to select the stakeholder's relationship manager(s).
Contact Groups: Select the relevant contact group(s) for the stakeholder. Available groups have been added by the administrator.

Projects: Select the relevant project(s).
Tags: Manage the tags associated with this stakeholder. Go to Tags for more information.
Files: Upload any files to link to the stakeholder.
Note:
The administrator can add custom fields to any or all of these stakeholder sections. Complete as necessary.
How to duplicate a stakeholder record
If you need to add a stakeholder that is similar to an existing one, use the Duplicate function. This creates a copy of the stakeholder record. You only need to update the details that are different, such as name and email address.
Click the Stakeholders icon
on the left-hand side.
Click the stakeholder name.
Click the Duplicate icon
in the top right.
Click Yes.
The new user, with the same name and details, will appear in the list of stakeholders.
